class

Pilates classes run for 45 min. The classes are maxed out at 5 clients as this allows for a more individualised routine. Rather than everyone doing the same exercise, your Pilates instructor will tailor exercises for your needs. Both mat work and reformer Pilates is incorporated into the class.

If you have not done Pilates before, or not for a long time, we recommend you do a 1 to 1 session with our physiotherapist before going straight into the classes. 

The classes are scheduled at specific times throughout the week. As these times are subject to change depending on demand, it is best to call the practice to arrange a class time that suits you.


1 to 1

1 to 1 classes are recommended for those who have never done Pilates, or those who want a refresher on the basic Pilates principles. These 1 to 1 sessions can be booked at anytime that suits you. They are not scheduled like the classes, so it gives you the flexibility to choose when you book the session.

The 1 to 1 sessions run for 1 hour and your instructor will take you through the basic principles of Pilates, will correct your form and provide you with some exercises to practice at home.

 


1 to 2 classes are also available. If you want to do a class with a friend or family member, then this is the class for you. These sessions run for approximately 1 hour.
